Alessandro is a leader in mechatronics development and quality with over a decade of experience in the R&D of high-tech hardware and software platforms. He specialised in industrial robotics in Zurich, growing his leadership within a quadrupedal-robotics start-up for asset inspection, mastering the mechatronic designs and behaviours of autonomous robots and establishing a quality organisation and framework from the ground up, with the mission of ensuring the compliance of Physical-AI solutions in environments challenged by human interference, unpredictable conditions and strict regulatory standards.

Carla has extensive experience leading complex financial operations, including M&A, project finance and capital raising, specialising in optimising capital structures, managing financial risk and delivering exceptional results. As CFO of Okra Solar, a social enterprise, she secured Series A funding to expand the company's reach and impact. She has financed significant infrastructure projects via corporate and project finance, optimised financial performance, built high-performing teams and overseen shared services across finance, human resources, legal and compliance.
